“Dhaman” Concluded 10 Insurance Contracts, 18 Attachments Worth $28.5 Million in March 2023

The Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (Dhaman) concluded 10 insurance contracts and 18 attachments for insuring export credit and trade finance, at a total value of $28.5 million in March 2023.

During March 2023, the corporation received 31 requests for insuring export credit and trade finance from companies and banks in eight Arab countries at a total value of $43.8 million. It also received three inquiries for trade finance insurance at a value of $75 million.

At the level of investment guarantee, the corporation received a single inquiry worth $130 million for insuring an investment project in Mauritania.
